Blackstar Golf Ltd are delighted to announce that the second staging of the GLAL.UK Worcestershire Masters will again be hosted by The Vale Golf & Country Club. The 54-hole tournament is part of the 2022 PGA EuroPro Tour. The event will again be aired on Sky Sports Golf in the UK the following week and around the world on other partner networks.

This year a fabulous week of golf will kick off with the “108 Hole Challenge “ Jeremy Robinson will be joined by Worcester rugby stars, both past and present, Chris Pennell, Alex Grove and Perry Humphreys to play 108 holes in a day. The  Glal.Uk Charity Pro Am will be played on July 19th  where  43 teams  of 3 amateurs will be joined by a PGA EuroPro Tour professional, like last year the event will be supporting the Worcestershire based Grace Kelly Childhood Cancer Trust.

Dan Godding, the CEO of the PGA EuroPro Tour said “ We are delighted to be returning to The Vale in  2022.

I would like to thank Anthony Ottway, the CEO of GLAL.UK , and EV-IQ, Marco Bille, the Managing Director of The Vale Golf Club and Jeremy Robinson from Blackstar Golf Ltd for again coming together to stage  the event. All the team at the PGA EuroPro Tour and the players are very much looking forward to returning to The Vale and seeing the changes that have been done to the course this winter “

 

Anthony Ottway, CEO of GLAL.UK and EV-IQ said “Following on from the success of last years event we are very excited about working with Marco and Jeremy to help build the event in to one of the premier professional golf events in the Midlands. Our company has always enjoyed giving opportunities to young golfers as they start out on their professional career. Marco Bille, the Managing Director of The Vale Golf & Country Club said “ Myself and the team at The Vale are very excited about again hosting GLAL.UK Worcestershire Masters at The Vale in 2022. Last year was the first major televised event we have hosted at the club and we were delighted with the positive feedback. Last winter we  made several changes to the course, we look forward to hearing the feedback from the players as we strive to make The Vale GC in to a premier golfing and leisure venue in the UK.
