The Blackstar Golf Pro Am Series will provide golfers with a unique opportunity to play with Legends Tour players in a professional golf environment, but also to mix and mingle post golf with all competitors at an informal function, including a Legends Tour players Q & A

Blackstar Golf and Royal Norwich Golf Club have teamed up to stage a Legends Tour One Day Pro Am on June 1st 2023. The event will be part of the newly sanctioned “Blackstar Golf Pro Am Series “ which will consist of 10 events across the UK.

We are delighted to have  partnered with Variety Golf, who will be the 2023 Legends Tour Pro Am Series Official Charity. Variety Golf raise money to present the famous Variety Sunshine Coaches to Special Needs Schools, Youth Centres & Schools in disadvantaged areas and also Children’s Hospices.

FORMAT OF THE DAY :

• Approximately 18 teams of 4 ( 3 amateurs and a Legends Tour Pro ) will compete on June 1st with a Shot Gun start at 1pm.
• 11am – Coffee and Bacon Roll on arrival – driving range available
• 1pm – Shotgun start
• 6pm -Post golf lunch with Legends Tour players Q & A and Prize Giving
• 8.30pm – Day ends.

Professionals who have provisonally committed to play on June 1st ( subject to change )

• Entries open to all men, lady and junior golfers
• Entry fee is for 3 amateurs
• Bespoke event shirt and breakfast on arrival
• Shot Gun start “Pro Am” @ 1pm
• 2 course dinner following golf with a Q & A with former Ryder Cup  players
